I'm concerned about taking montek LC for an extended period. Could it have any negative effects on my kidneys, liver, or any other part of my body?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
Long-term use of Montek LC (Montelukast and Levocetirizine) is generally considered safe, but may increase the risk of liver enzyme elevation, kidney damage, and other adverse effects, such as increased blood pressure, fatigue, and mood changes; regular monitoring of liver and kidney function, as well as periodic check-ups with your doctor, can help minimize potential risks and ensure safe long-term use.

View allI'm really worried about my Bronco pneumonia. I've had it since I was a kid, and I've heard different things from different doctors. Some say it's due to allergies and might get better with time, while others feel the weather where I live isnt right for me. I even moved to see if that would help, but I'm still having asthma problems. Anytime I get a little cold, the coughing starts and my asthma flares up. I've been using Asthalin to manage it. Do I have to live with this for the rest of my life? Is there anything else I could try or look into?
if you have symptoms, yes you should take

I'm really concerned about my friend's oxygen saturation levels. When she's lying down, it's around 85-89, but when she sits up, it improves to 92-93. She's currently on TB medication, and with 2L of oxygen, she can maintain a saturation of 92-95. I just want to know how her saturation can get back to normal levels. Any tips or advice on what we might do differently?
