I'm considering using Morr F lotion alongside Parachute oil on my scalp, but I'm not sure if it's safe to combine the two. If it's not recommended, when would be the best time to apply the lotion and the oil separately? I'm just a bit concerned about the effectiveness and potential interactions. Would love some advice on this!

View allI've been using Lumaglo for about three weeks, and now my skin has turned red. Plus, it's started peeling off in small layers, leaving these white patches. It's almost like the affected areas are turning black too. I'm really worried about what's happening. Could you please help me understand what's going on and what I should do about it?
Your history is inappropriate, and this needs physical examination, visit Dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate management

I'm dealing with post-inflammatory hypopigmentation and was wondering if tacrolimus 0.1 is a safe option for treating it? I'm worried if it really helps with getting rid of the depigmented skin and if it's okay to use for conditions that aren't vitiligo. Any insights would be really appreciated!
Tacrolimus 0.1% ointment can be used to treat post inflammatory hypopigmentation. It helps to restore skin color by promoting melanin production. It is also safe to use in non-vitiligo conditions such as post inflammatory hypopigmentation. The usual dosage is to apply a thin layer of tacrolimus ointment to the affected area twice daily.

I'm eating a lot of non-veg food every day, and I'm noticing my body feels hotter because of it. It's leading to pimples popping up on my chest and shoulders. Do you have any advice on how to change my diet to cool down my body? Are there any medications that could help clear these pimples up more quickly?
You may have to consult a Dermatologist to rule out other causes of pimples on your thorax. Medication such as antibiotics combined with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid may be required in your condition. You can try to reduce heat in your body by incorporating cooling foods in your diet such as cucumber, watermelon, coconut water, and leafy greens. Additionally, avoid spicy and oily foods that can further increase body heat.
