I'm coughing a lot and my chest feels like it's aching when I do. Should I be worried about this? Is it something serious, or maybe just a normal cold? What do you think could be causing this, and is there anything I should be doing to feel better?

I'm dealing with a dry cough related to my respiratory system and have an allergy to dust. Every now and then, I also experience some pain in my heart. This has been going on for about three years. Patient is advised syrup salbutomol 10 ml orally for 7 days, also sputum for AFB examination and chest xray pa view and complete blood count is advised to the patient.

I've been noticing something strange when I have a big laugh. After a good couple of laughs, I start feeling uncomfortable with my breathing and hear this wheezing sound. It only happens when I'm really laughing hard. What could be causing this? Should I be concerned?
