I've been noticing something concerning over the past month. Every morning, I start coughing up blood, and then it begins to come from my nose too. The blood's dark red, kind of like a clot. I'm not dealing with a sore throat or any weakness, but it's worrying. Could this be serious?

I'm dealing with a dry cough related to my respiratory system and have an allergy to dust. Every now and then, I also experience some pain in my heart. This has been going on for about three years.
