I'm curious about the best time to use Biluma face cream. Should I be applying it at night or in the morning for the best results? Is there a specific regimen I should follow to maximize its effectiveness?

I'm a 23-year-old guy and I've noticed that I have puffy nipples. They look normal when it's cold, but when it's warm, they get really puffy again. It makes me feel super self-conscious about taking my shirt off. I'm pretty sure it's not gynecomastia because there aren't any lumps under the nipples. Is there anything I can do that might help with this?
use primrose oil and massage it

I've got a scratch wound on my shin from climbing a rope during an obstacle course, and it's about 10 days old now. For the first few days, I used an ointment and kept it covered like my doctor suggested. Then I left it open for a couple of days and have been applying Soframycin for the last four days. Now there's this dried layer of the cream that's not coming off, and I'm having some very mild pains occasionally, but nothing too serious. How can I get this wound to heal completely?
dont worry that could be scab it would fall off try to peel it off while having bath if not leave it it will fall off on its own
