I'm curious about deworming for adults in the 40-50 age range. Should we be doing it even if everything seems fine, or is it unnecessary? Also, would taking albendazole be safe in such cases?

I got bitten by a rat about a week ago and went to see a doctor. He gave me a tetanus shot but said I didn't need the anti-rabies injection. I'm anxious about not getting those rabies shots. Is that normal, or did I miss out on something important?

Ive been dealing with a cough and cold for a few days and recently had a fever that went up to around 100.5F. It only lasted for a bit and went down after taking pcm. My doctor suggested a blood test and it turns out my ESR is at 40, though my hemoglobin and platelet count are normal. I'm confused and a bit worried about why my ESR is high. The doctor told me to take azithromycin for 5 days. Is there something serious going on with this high ESR?
