I recently got my Covishield shot and was told to take paracetamol afterward. I've got Sinarest at home, which I noticed contains paracetamol along with some other stuff. Do you think it's alright if I just take the Sinarest instead?

Sinarest contains paracetamol along with other ingredients such as phenylephrine and chlorpheniramine. It is safe to take Sinarest for relief of symptoms such as fever and body aches after your Covishield jab.

View allI was wondering about the right dosage for albendazole 400 mg when it comes to deworming. Should I be taking it once a day or twice a day? And is albendazole effective on its own, or should it be combined with something else? I'm just trying to figure out the best way to go about this.
For deworming, a single dose of 400 mg Albendazole (1 tablet) is typically taken as a single dose, once a day (OD). In most cases, Albendazole alone is effective for treating common intestinal worms, but the dosage may vary depending on the type of infection. It's always best to consult your doctor for personalized advice.

I'm feeling really tired and drowsy all day, and sometimes I get spells of giddiness. My doctor checked my thyroid and hemoglobin levels, and they came back normal. I'm just wondering what else could be causing these symptoms? Could there be something we're missing?
kindly check Vit D levels
