I'm curious about Hamdard Safi and I hope you can help me out. Is it safe for teenage girls to use? I've also heard some things about it affecting the uterus, and Im worried. Can you shed some light on this?

I've been dealing with this creamy vaginal discharge and some pain during sex for about a month now. The pain happens just at the start when there's penetration. It's a bit worrying, and I'm not sure what to do. Can you suggest something or maybe recommend a medicine that might help with this?

Creamy vaginal discharge and painful intercourse can be symptoms of various conditions, such as yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, or vulvodynia. It's essential to consult gynecologist for a proper diagnosis and personalized treatment.

I had a D&C for a blighted ovum on the 1st of October and here we are a month later on November 1st, and I still haven't gotten my period. My doctor is out of town, so I'm unable to consult her right now. Can I go ahead and take Deviry 10mg to try and induce my periods? I've taken it before based on my doctor's advice. Is it okay to take Deviry a month after a D&C to help start my period?

Wait for a week more ,if its still delayed then visit your docotor for appropriate management.

I'm feeling a bit worried because my wife's been advised to get an HSG X-ray test. Is this something that's complicated? I'm also concerned about whether it might affect her chances of getting pregnant in the future. Could it possibly cause any infections or have side effects?

HSG (Hysterosalpingography) is a common radiology procedure used to evaluate the shape of the uterine cavity and the patency of the fallopian tubes. It involves injecting a contrast dye into the uterus and fallopian tubes while taking X-ray images. The procedure itself is generally safe and well-tolerated, with minimal complexities. It is not known to have a negative impact on future pregnancies. However, like any medical procedure, there are risks of infection or side effects, such as pelvic discomfort, cramping, or a slight risk of allergic reaction to the contrast dye used. These risks are usually minimal and the benefits of the test often outweigh the potential risks. It is important to follow any pre-test instructions provided by the healthcare provider and to inform the medical team of any allergies or medical conditions before undergoing the HSG test.
