I'm curious about the Orofer XT medicine and wondering if it's safe for someone who's 70 years old. Also, could you let me know how it should be taken and whether it's better before or after meals?

orofer xt should be cautiously taken in elderly since it may cause serious side-effects like change in taste, abd pain, bloating itching and constipation etc... Tablet is taken before food...

I'm looking for some advice on treating bed sores, especially around the tailbone area. My loved one is unable to walk or stand, making it harder to care for her. Can you recommend any sprays that might help?
I recommend using a spray called "Prontosan Wound Irrigation Solution." This spray helps to cleanse the wound and promote healing. In addition to using the spray, it is important to keep the area clean and dry. Change the bedding frequently and use a special cushion or mattress to relieve pressure on the tail bone. Make sure to reposition the patient regularly to prevent further pressure on the affected area. If the bed sore is severe, it is important to seek medical attention for further evaluation and treatment.
