I'm curious about the Orofer XT medicine and wondering if it's safe for someone who's 70 years old. Also, could you let me know how it should be taken and whether it's better before or after meals?

orofer xt should be cautiously taken in elderly since it may cause serious side-effects like change in taste, abd pain, bloating itching and constipation etc... Tablet is taken before food...

View allMy grandmother has a small wet wound near her hip, and I think it might be a pressure sore since she can only sleep in one position after her hip replacement surgery three years ago. What kind of medication or topical cream can we use for this? Also, should we do any special dressing? She's not very mobile, so taking her to a doctor is difficult right now.
yes advised.

At what age does your immune system weaken?
One's immune system is said to grow weak by passing age. Although there's no one number which applies for all, most research showed that commonly by 65 years our immune system may decline allowing for more infections and diseases to take hold.

I'm really worried about my grandfather. He's had this persistent pain on the left side of his lower ribs for over a month now, about 34 days, and it gets worse when he touches it or coughs. He hasn't had any accidents or injuries recently, so I'm confused about what's going on. Could you advise me on what we should do next to help him feel better?
