I'm curious about something I've been feeling recently. Whenever I drink water, I can actually feel it moving down through my chest, and there's this cool sensation that accompanies it. Swallowing isn't an issue, but I wanted to know if what I'm experiencing is normal. Can you help me understand this?

I've been dealing with some mild pain in my lower abdomen on both sides for the past few weeks, and I'm getting a bit worried. Plus, there's this extra skin forming on the tip of my anus over the last couple of months, and it's slowly getting bigger. On top of that, I've noticed some muscle lumps in other parts of my body for about two years now, although they haven't grown. I'm concerned about what might be going on and would love to get your thoughts.

I've been dealing with loose motions for a while now. I started taking Eldoper for around 10 days, and it seemed to help, but now that I've stopped the medicine, the loose motions are back, and my stomach is making these weird noises too. What could be going on here?

The loose motion and stomach noise after taking Eldoper (likely an antibiotic) for 10 days, and the persistence of symptoms after stopping the medication, suggest antibiotic-associated diarrhea or a potential gut microbiome imbalance; consider consulting your doctor about probiotics, dietary changes, or further evaluation to rule out underlying conditions like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), or small intestine bacterial overgrowth (SIBO).

I've been dealing with some digestive changes since my laparoscopic cholecystectomy a month ago. Now, every morning I'm usually going to the bathroom twice or even three times. What I find odd is that the first stool looks normal, but after I eat, the second one that comes out quickly, like within 15 or 20 minutes, is whitish. I recently got my liver profile checked, and my bilirubin is a bit high at 1.1 because of higher indirect bilirubin, and my ALT is 66. Although my appetite is good and digestion seems okay, I take Enzar Forte once at night after eating. I also have been taking Pan D in the morning on an empty stomach since being diagnosed with chronic gastritis from an endoscopy. Should I be worried about these symptoms? Is it something serious, or maybe related to my recent surgery?

-Your symptoms might be related to bile flow changes after gallbladder removal, which can sometimes cause variations in stool color and frequency. The slightly elevated bilirubin and ALT could warrant monitoring but don't seem alarming with your current d
