I'm curious about something that's been bothering me. Every time I laugh really hard, I end up coughing a lot. Could this have any link to feeling short of breath when I'm exerting myself? It's starting to make me worried, and I just want to understand what's going on.

View allWhat does it mean if right pleural thickening shows up in medical tests, like during GCC medicals? I had an x-ray done on my own, and the radiologist didn't see an issue, but another one mentioned I could go for more scans although they didn't expect anything serious to turn up. What could be causing this, and is it something that can be fully treated?
Pleural thickening is common and is due previos infection.if you have no symptoms you can completely ignore it will self heal

I've been spitting a little bit of fresh blood from my throat at night, and I'm really worried. I'm currently on medication for COPD and my X-ray shows smoky lungs, but I've never smoked or drank alcohol. I'm not experiencing weight loss or fever, and I'm taking antibiotics and cough syrup, but I'm unsure about what's happening. The blood I spit is bright red and clears up within minutes, usually after 10 p.m. My doctor did an X-ray and some basic blood tests, but I'm concerned if this could be something serious or life-threatening. What could be going on?
