View allI'm a 51-year-old with a weight of 62 kg, and I've been on 88 mcg of medication a day for hypothyroidism for the past 6 months. I just got my thyroid profile results, and they show my T3 is 0.98, T4 is 7.93, and TSH is 12.58. What should I do now?
-It seems your TSH level is still higher than the normal range, indicating that your thyroid may not be fully optimized with the current dosage of 88 mcg. I recommend discussing with your doctor about adjusting your medication or exploring other treatment

I'm dealing with gynecomastia and a small penis size since I was a kid. Its really tough because I can't wear t-shirts or go shirtless at the beach or pool without feeling super embarrassed, and its really knocked my confidence down. Could this be because of a hormonal imbalance? What steps should I take for treatment? I'm really hoping for a complete transformation once I start treatment.
That could be inborn error or metabolic error,Visit physician for evaluation and appropriate management.

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and my blood sugar is 204 pp. I'm really worried about this. I'm on 8 units of insulin every day, but it seems like it's not enough. Can you suggest ways to better control my blood sugar? I'm also wondering if this could have any negative effect on my baby.
High blood sugar during this period can lead to macrosomic baby that can make the labour difficult. After birth baby is at risk of hypoglucemia, hyperbilirubinemia, thrombocytopenia etc. During this period you need to monitor your sugar levels 3-7 times per day and the insulin doses need to be modified to maintain fasting less than 90 and PP less than 120. Kindly get back with sugar chart and insulin dose details
