I'm really worried about my dad. He's 66 and had cataract surgery on both eyes about 5 months ago. His doctor mentioned that he should wear sunglasses for a month whenever he went outside, but it's been 5 months and he still feels really uncomfortable when he steps out, even if it's just for a couple of minutes. At night, he seems fine with the lights, so that's a relief. The doctor said he has dry eyes which might be causing the slow recovery. He's using eye drops three times a day and a gel at night as the doctor advised. He's also been wearing photochromic glasses for the past 4 months and feels okay with them indoors, but as soon as he goes outside, it's really tough for him.
