I'm really worried because my dad needs surgery, but he has diabetes. I'm wondering what sugar level should be okay for him to safely have cataract surgery. If the cataract is fully developed, should we go for laser surgery or stick with the manual method? Also, could you recommend the best doctor in Pune who has experience with diabetic patients needing cataract surgery? Is there any record of doctors in Pune who have the highest success rates for these kinds of patients? Lastly, should we consider taking him to Chennai's Sankara Netralaya instead?

Or is there a different line that's considered normal for kids that age? I'm a bit unsure and would love some clarity on this.
