I'm curious if issues with the stomach, like gastric problems or infections, can lead to feeling breathless or short of breath. Is it normal to experience heavy breathing with these conditions? What would be the best way to address this breathlessness?

View allI've been diagnosed with pelvic descent and I'm not sure what to do about it. My main issue is that I don't pass stool completely even though I'm taking medicines like pegmove, duphalac, pruvict, lubbowel, cremaffin, etc. Nothing seems to help. Could this be because of pelvic descent? Would I need surgery for this and if so, what kind of surgery would it be?
Gynaecologist opinion is advised to the patient.

You know, I've been noticing something strange the past couple of weeks. Every time I eat something a bit oily, like in certain sabjis, or even just drink a not-too-cold cold drink, I get this shortness of breath. It's been really concerning for me. I've tried using DSR and gesowel, and they seem to give me a bit of relief, but I'm still worried. I'm wondering if exercise might help with this. Could something like jogging or walking be beneficial? I've gained some weight since I'm mostly inactive due to my job, so I'm a bit obese now. Any advice on how to handle this situation?
if you are allergic to few foods avoid them. start steam inhalation
