I'm having some discomfort and uneasiness around my ribs on both sides, and it even extends to my shoulders. I've been taking gastric tablets like ZENTAC every day, and I've had tests done for both heart-related and gastro issues. My endoscopy results were normal too. I'm still trying to figure out what's causing these symptoms. What other tests should I consider to get to the bottom of this?

I have an 11.1 mm stone in my gallbladder and really don't want surgery since I have a small baby to care for. Are there any natural ways to remove it or manage it without going under the knife?

I would need some more details to get a clear idea of what you are going through

I've been feeling really off since I ate at this remote place on Saturday. I woke up the next morning with diarrhea, fever, and just like my energy was drained. I can hardly stand or sit for long periods without feeling exhausted. The doctor gave me Unienzyme and NorflaxTZ with electrol, and while the fever's gone, the diarrhea is still hanging around. Is this normal? Should I be worried that it's not stopping? What can I do to feel better faster?

That could be food poisoning no need to worry, consume plenty of water stay hydrated,if its still continuing, you can take tab Redotil 100mg three times in a day.

I just turned 17 and accidentally swallowed a jamun seed. I'm kinda freaking out about it. Do you think it's harmless, or could it be something dangerous for my health?

Don't worry, accidentally swallowing a plum seed (jamun) is generally harmless, as the seed's toxic compound, amygdalin, is released only when the seed is crushed or chewed, and the digestive system can pass the intact seed without issues; however, to be cautious, drink plenty of water and monitor your health for any unusual symptoms, and if you experience severe abdominal pain, vomiting, or diarrhea, seek medical attention.
