I'm curious if there are any home remedies to help increase height after turning 20. My friend is 56 inches tall and would love to gain a bit more height. Also, does going to the gym actually make you shorter? He's been working out in a gym for a year now. Any tips or advice would be super helpful!

View allI've been really puzzled and a bit worried. I had an IUI on the 16th of March and got an HCG trigger shot of 10,000 units on the night of the 14th. But then, a few days later, I decided to take a home pregnancy test and got a negative result. I even tested multiple times and still got negatives. How could this be happening?
The cost of vasectomy surgery in Bangalore can range from 13,000 to 40,000, depending on factors like the surgeon's fee, hospital charges, and type of procedure . The recovery period is relatively short, with most people able to resume everyday activities within 48-72 hours. You can return to work in under a week, but it may take around 8-9 days for a full recovery . As for health insurance, the coverage for vasectomy surgery varies depending on the insurance provider and policy. It's best to check with your insurance provider to see if they cover vasectomy procedures and what the claim process entails.

Can homeopathy actually treat gynecomastia or is surgery the only way to get rid of it? I've heard mixed opinions and I'm not sure what to believe. Are there any effective homeopathic remedies or should I just consider surgery? I've been dealing with gynecomastia for a while and I'm hesitant about surgery. Does homeopathy offer any real solution or is it just a temporary fix? I'd prefer a non-surgical option if possible. My son is struggling with gynecomastia and we're exploring treatment options. Is homeopathy a viable choice or is surgery the only permanent solution? I'm worried about side effects and long-term results. I've read about homeopathic treatments for gynecomastia but I'm skeptical. Has anyone seen real improvement with them or is surgery still the most reliable option? Does homeopathy work for reducing gynecomastia or is it just delaying the inevitable need for surgery? I'd like to avoid going under the knife if there's a safer alternative.
Homeopathic treatment for gynecomastia may or may not prove to be effective in treating gynecomastia. There can be some side effects such as digestive issues, nausea, vomiting, cold after taking the homeopathic medicines for gynecomastia. Also, it takes lots of time to show effective results with this treatment option

I'm 18 and have gynaecomastia but no lactation is there any way to treat this without surgery
Yes, several non-surgical treatments can be used to address gynecomastia, particularly in teens, without the need for surgery. Many cases of gynecomastia in teenagers are related to hormonal changes during puberty and may resolve on their own within a few years. However, if the condition persists or is accompanied by pain, various medical and lifestyle interventions can be explored.
