I'm curious if there are any home remedies to help increase height after turning 20. My friend is 56 inches tall and would love to gain a bit more height. Also, does going to the gym actually make you shorter? He's been working out in a gym for a year now. Any tips or advice would be super helpful!

View allI'm in my ninth month of pregnancy and my TSH level is 5.15. Should I be concerned about this? Is there anything I need to do or watch out for?
A TSH level of 5.15 during pregnancy is slightly higher than the recommended range, which is generally 0.2 to 3.0 mUL in the first trimester and up to 3.5 mUL in the second and third trimesters. Its important to discuss this with your doctor, as elevated TSH may indicate an underactive thyroid, which can affect both your health and your baby's development. They may recommend further tests and possible treatment.

I'm a bit worried about my recent fasting blood sugar level, which came out to be 87 mgdL. Also, my mom's result was 98.97. I'm around 6 feet tall and weigh about 100 kg. With these numbers, do I have prediabetes? And what about my mom? Is she at risk too? What steps should we take?
