I'm curious to know which glutathione tablet would be the most effective and safe. Can you recommend the best product that doesn't have any side effects?

View allI'm having some trouble with my skin color. I've noticed that the skin on my buttline is really dark, even more so than my inner thighs, which are dark too. Is there any way to deal with this? It's kinda bothering me, and I'm not sure what to do.
Buttline skin is more black than inner thighs This condition is known as acanthosis nigricans, which is characterized by thick, dark, velvety skin in body folds and creases. To help improve this condition, you can try using a topical cream containing Hydroquinone, Tretinoin, and Corticosteroids. An example of a cream that combines these ingredients is Tri-Luma cream. Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected areas once daily at night. Additionally, maintaining a healthy weight, managing any underlying medical conditions like diabetes, and wearing loose-fitting clothing can also help improve the appearance of the skin.

I've been using Mintop Forte 5 and I'm a bit worried about possible side effects. If I stop using it, am I going to lose the hair I've already got, or is it likely to stay?
side effects include nausea, headache etc , continue all the medications ..

I've been having this really annoying issue with my skin; it started as just itching and at first, I thought it was just because of sweat. I even tried using mupivate ointment but it didn't seem to help at all. The skin is just peeling constantly and it's all on my lower back. Whenever I sweat, it gets super itchy, and I've noticed it's actually been spreading over the last six months. Do you have any suggestions for a cream or anything external I could apply to help with this?
This sounds like a case of fungal infection, specifically tinea corporis. I recommend using an antifungal cream such as Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply a thin layer to the affected area twice a day for 2-4 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry to prevent further spread of the infection.
