I'm currently on acutret tablets for my pimples and I've been following my doctor's advice by not using any other creams except what he prescribed. I had an office event and used a foundation just for that day, and now I'm noticing more pimples. I'm getting nervous because my wedding is in December. Could using that other cream just once really cause this increase in pimples? Can you help me understand what's happening?

Applying foundation cream while using Acutret tablets may have clogged pores, triggered hormonal fluctuations, or irritated your skin, leading to increased pimples; however, it's essential to consult your doctor or dermatologist to determine the exact cause and adjust your skincare routine to ensure your skin clears up before your wedding in December.

I've noticed a ring-shaped bruise on my back, and it's a bit painful when I press on it. When I touch it, the skin feels smooth. I'm curious and a bit concerned about what this could be. What might be causing this bruise, and should I be worried about the pain?

to determine the cause of the ring-shaped bruise, as it could be a harmless injury or a sign of an underlying condition, such as a fungal or bacterial infection, a bruise from a minor trauma, or, in rare cases, a symptom of a more serious condition like erythema migrans associated with Lyme disease.

I have several sebaceous cysts on my scrotum and want to get them removed without any visible scarring or changes to how it looks. I heard laser treatment might be an option since it's supposed to be seamless, but I'm not sure. Someone mentioned plastic surgery too, but I'm worried about potential sensitivity issues afterward. Can you recommend a doctor in Bangalore who's experienced in this and uses the best equipment for the procedure?

I'm using this cream and every time I stop using it, my skin turns red, I get these unwanted hairs, and there are black spots too. Should I keep using it or is it better to stop?

It sounds like you may be experiencing side effects from stopping the cream. It is important to consult with your doctor before making any decisions. However, if you are using a topical steroid cream, abrupt discontinuation can lead to rebound redness and other skin issues. You may need to taper off the cream gradually to avoid these effects. Additionally, unwanted hair growth and black spots may be related to the cream you are using. I recommend using a gentle moisturizer like Cetaphil and a mild steroid cream like Hydrocortisone 1% for any redness. Consult with your doctor for a proper tapering schedule and alternative treatment options.
