I'm currently around 164 cm tall and I'm hoping to increase my height by at least 2 inches. Can you share any advice or recommend any medication that can help with height growth without any side effects? I exercise regularly, but I'm really looking to gain those extra inches.

View allI'm in my mid-20s and really want to grow taller. Right now, I'm 5'5" and my goal is to reach 5'9" in just two months. A few years back, I tried those power or speed height capsules but only saw a little improvement. I'm eager to increase my height quickly. What can I do to achieve this?

I've been doing my best to manage my diabetes by losing weight and paying attention to what I eat. My latest A1C was 6.4, which I thought was pretty good. I'm still on medication though, and today I suddenly felt really shaky and weak until I ate something sugary. I'm wondering if I need to continue taking my meds given these symptoms?
