I'm dealing with a serious issue with my weight. I've been trying to shed some pounds, but even though I've been doing yoga, going for walks, and changing my eating habits, nothing seems to be working. It's really frustrating. Could you suggest a solution that might help me finally see some results?

View allI'm trying to conceive and I have PCOD. My blood sugar levels are 106 when fasting and 137 two hours after a meal. Should I be worried about diabetes, or are these levels okay?
Your blood sugar levels of 106 mgdL (fasting) and 137 mgdL (2 hours after meal) are within normal range. However, since you have PCOD and are trying to conceive, it is important to monitor your blood sugar levels regularly. You can continue with a healthy diet and regular exercise to maintain your blood sugar levels. If needed, you can consult your doctor for further evaluation and management.
