I'm currently on Augmentin 650mg and have been taking it twice a day for the past 5 days. I'm almost fully recovered now, but I'm unsure if I should continue the course for 5 days or stretch it to 7 days. What's the best approach here?

I've had this slight fever and just feeling overall tired for about a week now, and I'm wondering if it's something related to either the ivrea 1 cream, which I used only once, or the loratadine tablets I've been taking every night.
