I'm currently dealing with a tough breathing issue due to severe bronchitis and I've been trying out a few medications like the levosalbutamol inhaler, ibites inhaler, pulmoclear syrup, and also using a nasal spray for about two days. But ever since I started, I've noticed my heart rate is going through the roof, and on top of that, I'm feeling really restless and sleepy. Any idea how I can manage these side effects or should I be worried about them?

I've been experiencing some mild fatigue and sometimes a bit of a cough, but nothing serious, and I had congestion for just a couple of days. I've been taking Montekulsta for 10 days now. My breathing seems fine, but whenever I do steam inhalation, I notice white phlegm with black streaks in it. There's no phlegm if I skip the steam. Ive been like this for two days and my sugar levels after meals are around 158. Should I be concerned about black fungus infection and go for any specific tests to rule it out?
Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient.Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Steam inhalation is also advised twice

I've been smoking heavily for the last 8 years and have recently developed some chest pain. I'm a bit worried and would appreciate any advice or suggestions on what I should do. Is this something serious related to smoking or could it be something else?
Chest pain in a chain smoker could be a sign of serious health issues. I recommend you to immediately stop smoking and consult a doctor for a proper evaluation.

I've been dealing with this stubborn dry cough for nearly two months now. It's not the first time either I usually get it once a year. In the past, my doctor recommended this medication called Benocide fort, and it seemed to work. I know there's something about eosinophils being off balance with me, but I haven't done a blood test or taken Benocide fort yet this time. Nothing else is helping, and the cough is so bad that I'm getting chest cramps, especially at night and in the morning. What could be causing this, and what should I do?
