I'm currently dealing with a tough breathing issue due to severe bronchitis and I've been trying out a few medications like the levosalbutamol inhaler, ibites inhaler, pulmoclear syrup, and also using a nasal spray for about two days. But ever since I started, I've noticed my heart rate is going through the roof, and on top of that, I'm feeling really restless and sleepy. Any idea how I can manage these side effects or should I be worried about them?

I've just got my lung x-ray results back and it mentioned mild patchy consolidations in my bilateral lung fields. This definitely sounds concerning, doesn't it? I'm really curious to know what it all means. Do these findings indicate something serious? Should I be worried about this and what steps should I take next? Looking forward to your guidance.
