I'm currently managing my diabetes with medication, but I'm curious about IME9. Is it okay to take IME9 once or twice a day along with my current meds? Any advice on how to incorporate it into my routine would be really helpful.

.. It would been easier if you posted your current blood glucose level, Life style modifications are the main treatment for the Diabetes.... Consider dietary changes. Low-fat, high-carbohydrate diets may increase insulin levels, so you may want to consider a low-carbohydrate diet . High-fiber carbohydrates include whole-grain breads and cereals, whole-wheat pasta, bulgur wheat, barley, brown rice, and beans. Exercise helps a lot. Consult your doctor before going for alternate medicine

Why do doctors no longer prescribe metformin?
Metformin is known to have few side effects such as nausea, vomiting and lactic acidosis in kidney failure patients. Few extended release formulations had traces of carcinogens which got banned now. Although, it has few negtaives the benefits are more in terms of good control of diabetes. Hence, doctors outweight risk versus benefit and prescribe medications accordingly

Is Ginger good for hyperthyroidism?
Ginger is know to have antioxidative properties along with control on metabolic rate and inflammation, which helps to keep thyroid hormones in control. One should keep in mind that excess intake of ginger should also be avoided as one research has shown negative results.
