I'm currently managing my diabetes with medication, but I'm curious about IME9. Is it okay to take IME9 once or twice a day along with my current meds? Any advice on how to incorporate it into my routine would be really helpful.

.. It would been easier if you posted your current blood glucose level, Life style modifications are the main treatment for the Diabetes.... Consider dietary changes. Low-fat, high-carbohydrate diets may increase insulin levels, so you may want to consider a low-carbohydrate diet . Consult your doctor before going for alternate medicine

I'm really worried about my dad. He's been switched from Glycomet 1 Forte to Galvus Met 50500 because he was having some gastric issues. Is Galvus Met effective in controlling diabetes? Are there any side effects we should be aware of? I'm just trying to make sure we're making the right decision for his health. Can you help shed some light on this?

Galvus Met 50500, containing vildagliptin and metformin, is a commonly prescribed oral anti-diabetic medication that can effectively control blood sugar levels; however, potential side effects include headache, dizziness, and gastrointestinal issues, such as diarrhea or nausea, although these are generally mild and temporary; since your father experienced gastric issues with Glycomet, monitor his response to Galvus Met and report any concerns

I'm a bit concerned about some health issues I've been experiencing recently. A few months ago, my SGPT levels were at 100 and they've gone up to 114. I usually don't drink alcohol, so I'm not sure what's causing it. On top of that, I've been dealing with thinning hair, hair loss, dull skin, and acne. My hair on my head and beard seems scattered. I've also noticed a significant drop in the volume of ejaculation. All these symptoms started showing up mostly after I went through a tough breakup which really hit me hard and led to depression. Ever since then, I've felt drowsy and low on energy all the time. My memory recall isn't great, and it's like I have brain fog. I'm at a point where I'm considering taking organic multivitamins or supplements to help. Could all of this be connected, and are there specific vitamins or supplements you think might help?

I'm really sorry you're feeling this way, and it's understandable that a difficult breakup can take a toll. Given your symptoms, it's a good idea to consult a doctor to address both your physical and emotional well-being. Supplements like multivitamins can help, but focusing on mental health support and managing stress is equally important for your overall recovery.
