I'm currently managing my diabetes with medication, but I'm curious about IME9. Is it okay to take IME9 once or twice a day along with my current meds? Any advice on how to incorporate it into my routine would be really helpful.

Low-fat, high-carbohydrate diets may increase insulin levels, so you may want to consider a low-carbohydrate diet . High-fiber carbohydrates include whole-grain breads and cereals, whole-wheat pasta, bulgur wheat, barley, brown rice, and beans. Exercise helps a lot. Consult your doctor before going for alternate medicine
