I'm currently on methotrexate, 10mg per week, for my condition, and now I've been prescribed Sotret for my acne. I'm a bit worried about whether it's safe to take both at the same time. Could there be any side effects or negative interactions I should be aware of?

I've been having some problems with my skin around the testis and thighs; it's really itchy and there's a lot of redness. It feels like there's a lot of heat coming from that area, and I've noticed some fungus too. I've been trying propygenta NF and using dreamsoap, but it just doesnt seem to help. Any suggestions on what I could do?
It sounds like you may be experiencing a fungal infection in the groin area. I recommend using a combination of Clotrimazole cream and Terbinafine cream twice daily for 2 weeks. Additionally, you can take Tablet Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4 weeks to treat the infection effectively. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting clothes, and avoid sharing towels or clothing to prevent further spread of the infection.
