I'm using Acnil soap for acne, but my face is drying out and starting to peel. I'm 25 and really worried about these side effects. Could you recommend another option for dealing with acne that won't dry out my skin?

Since Acnil soap is causing dryness and peeling of your skin, you can try using Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser. It is a mild and non-irritating cleanser that is suitable for sensitive skin. Use it twice a day, in the morning and evening, to cleanse your face. Make sure to follow up with a non-comedogenic moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated.

I've just had my first full body wax, and it's led to some red and itchy bumps on my stomach and back. I've only waxed my arms and legs before and didn't have this reaction. What can I use to help reduce the itchiness and redness? Would a specific cream or tablet be best?

I got my nose pierced in February, and now it's March, but my piercing isn't healing well. There's red skin around it, and sometimes a little pus comes out. There's no pain, but there's a small bump, and it just won't heal. I've tried some antibiotics, but nothing's changed. My wedding is coming up soon, and I'm really worried about this. Do you have any advice or solutions for how I can get it to heal faster?

The recommended dosage of Arachitol Nano 60k solution varies depending on your specific condition and the doctor's prescription. It's essential to follow your doctor's advice on the dosage and frequency . As for when to take it, you can take Arachitol Nano 60k solution with a meal containing fat, as this enhances absorption. So, taking it with breakfast would be a good option . If you give it to your child tomorrow on Saturday, the next dose would typically be given the following day, Sunday, if the prescribed frequency is once daily. However, please confirm with your doctor or the prescription for the exact frequency and timing.

I'm dealing with androgenic alopecia and was told to take finpecia 1mg along with minoxidil. I was advised to use finpecia for just 3 months, but I'm not sure about what happens to my hair growth if I stop after that time. I'm really confused because I've come across different opinions online. Do I need to be on this medication for life? And isn't there a risk of becoming impotent if I use it continuously?
