I'm currently taking Clavam 650 for my cold, runny nose, and cough, and I've been using Dolo 650 for fever starting today. But I've heard about this AB-Flo-N tablet and was wondering if it's better for dealing with cold and cough symptoms than Clavam 650, or is it only meant for asthma?

Had a penicillin shot for syphilis in my lower hip about 5 days back. The pain was pretty bad for a couple of days but then got better. Now I've got this hard lump at the injection site. I've been dealing with a high fever for three days, and it kept staying over 101 and even hit 103.5 at one point before dropping to 99.5 on the same day. I checked in with a doctor and was told to take Dolo 650 and Meftal Forte, which I did. But now, three days later, I'm still feeling super weak, sleeping around 18 hours a day. Some old muscle pains in my left hand have started up again too, which might be from being so weak. I've been taking Neromet, a multi-vitamin, and vitamin C tablets, but they're not helping much. Today I've noticed redness all over my body, which I think could be an allergic reaction to some medication since this has never happened before. What could be going on here?
