I'm currently taking Eltroxin 75 mg for my thyroid first thing in the morning before breakfast. I usually like to have a glass of lemon juice with honey as part of my morning routine. Is it okay for me to drink the lemon juice and honey before taking my Eltroxin? If it is, how much time should I wait after having the juice before taking my tablet? Would really appreciate your guidance on this.

In the morning, you can take Lemon Juice with Honey before taking Eltroxin 75 mg. However, it is recommended to wait at least 30 minutes to 1 hour after consuming the juice before taking the Eltroxin tablet for optimal absorption and effectiveness of the medication.

View allHow much water should a diabetic drink?
8 glasses of water per day add up to about 2 liters of water (67 ounces or just over half a gallon). As people with diabetes, drinking enough water is especially crucial. Even a little dehydration during the day (which is easier than we realize) can impact our blood sugars.

My mom's been taking Thyronorm 100 for her thyroid issue, and it's been keeping her levels normal, but now she's feeling some weird stuff. She's having chest pain and trouble breathing, especially when we're in places that aren't well-ventilated or when she's around strong scents like incense or perfume. Could this be from the thyroid medicine, or is there some kind of test she should take to figure out what's happening?
its not side effect of thyroid medicines.probably she has anxiety
