I'm currently taking hormone tablets for my irregular periods, and I'm about to start Sotret 20 mg. Could Sotret cause any more delays in my period? I'm a bit concerned and would love your advice.

View allI'm noticing some fat under my arms, and it's really noticeable and kind of bulging out. I'm not sure who to see about this. Should I be consulting a gynecologist or a dermatologist? What do you think?
To address this issue, you can consider using a topical fat reduction cream containing L-Carnitine. Apply the cream to the affected area twice a day for best results. Additionally, incorporating exercises targeting the underarm area, such as tricep dips and push-ups, can help tone and reduce fat in that area. Remember to maintain a healthy diet and stay hydrated to support your overall weight loss goals. If you have any underlying medical conditions or concerns, it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.

I'm a 31-year-old woman from India, and I'm getting married in just two months. I'm really worried about some skin issues. I've got dark underarms and there's some kind of black color or pigmentation around my private parts and inner thighs. I don't know if it's an allergy or something else. Also, I have boil marks on my bums. And my lips, which used to be pink, are starting to get dark from the lower side and the middle. Can you recommend any cream or tablets that might help me clear these up quickly?
Kozicure cream for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks , at bedtime ,if any side-effects dermat opinion is advised .

Is there any way to fix the side effects of Betnovate cream? I've been using it on my face for about 6 months and had no idea it was such a strong steroid cream. It's been two years and the side effects are still bothering me. I can't even look at myself in the mirror because my face is completely red and covered with acne up to my neck. I tried IPL last winter, but it didn't make any difference. My face is also super dry now. I'm considering PRP, but I'm not sure if it's the right way to go. Any advice?
The prolonged use of Betnovate cream, a potent topical corticosteroid, can lead to severe side effects like redness, acne, dryness, and skin atrophy; to address these issues, consider consulting a dermatologist for personalized guidance, and potential treatments may include: topical treatments like retinoids, antibiotics, or hydroquinone; laser therapy or intense pulsed light (IPL) to reduce redness and promote collagen production; platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, which may help stimulate collagen production and improve skin texture; and sun protection, moisturizers, and gentle skincare routines to manage dryness and sensitivity
