I'm currently taking Vertin 8 mg for decreased hearing in one ear and have been on it for over a week now. I've just been prescribed Dolo 650 and Aziwok 500 mg and was wondering if I can take all of these together at night after eating. I also take a half tablet of Nexito 5 mg in the morning. Is it safe to combine all these medications? Are there any interactions I should be worried about?

I'm struggling with allergies and sinus issues that have been bothering me for a long time. Every morning I wake up with pain below my eyes and eyebrows. If I take steam, the pain reduces for a bit, but it comes back. On top of that, my right ear has been blocked for over eight months. Just when it feels like it's getting better, I get hit with cold allergies and it's blocked again. It's really frustrating because I can't hear people properly. What do you think I should do?
