I'm currently taking Vertin 8 mg for decreased hearing in one ear and have been on it for over a week now. I've just been prescribed Dolo 650 and Aziwok 500 mg and was wondering if I can take all of these together at night after eating. I also take a half tablet of Nexito 5 mg in the morning. Is it safe to combine all these medications? Are there any interactions I should be worried about?

View allI've been hearing this continuous beep in my right ear since yesterday evening, and it just won't stop, not even for a second. I tried using the ear drops you mentioned last night, but it didn't make a difference. I'm wondering what could be causing this and what steps I should take next. Im 30 and havent had any major medical issues or allergies before. Could you help me figure this out?

I have a deviated septum and my ENT doctor recommended surgery after seeing my CT scan but said it's optional and up to me to decide. My main issues are one nostril always being blocked, post nasal drip causing cough, and tinnitus. Right now I manage with cetirizine but I'm not sure if I should go for surgery. What factors should I consider when deciding? My CT scan shows the deviation but I'm worried about recovery and whether it'll actually help my symptoms long-term.
for P/E ENT specialist opinion is advised to the patient.

I've been dealing with sinusitis for years and had a septoplasty back in 2014 for a deviated septum, but I still get frequent sinus headaches and occasional nose blocks. The doctor also recommended functional balloon sinus surgery back then could that help with my ongoing issues or are there other treatments I should consider?
Kindly consult a ent specialist and a pulmonologist for further evaluation
