I'm currently on Telpres MT 50mg for my blood pressure, and I'm wondering if it's alright to take it after dinner or just before bed. Does the timing affect how well the medication works? I'm a bit concerned about whether taking it at night might cause any issues or side effects while I'm sleeping. What do you think would be the best time to take it?

It is recommended to take Telpres MT 50mg once daily in the morning, preferably at the same time each day. This helps to maintain a consistent level of the medication in your body and optimize its effectiveness in controlling blood pressure.

I'm worried because I've been having chest pain for the past couple of days. It's not constant but comes and goes, and there's this burning sensation with it. Plus, my whole body just hurts. What could this mean?
Overall the possibility of a heart problem seems to be less but without doing any objective test, a heart problem can not be conclusively ruled out especially because now a days heart diseases have become common in young people. So please meet a cardiologist as early as possible and get yourself properly
