I'm currently working at a thermal power plant where I'm regularly exposed to a lot of dust. During the summer, I experience some mild breathing issues, but it gets worse in the winter when my nostrils and chest feel completely blocked. Do you have any suggestions for managing or preventing this?

I recently had an HRCT scan and it came back with a CORADS 1 score. I'm wondering if this scan can still show evidence of past COVID or other viral infections even though it's been about a month since I might have had them. Could you help me understand what this result means for my health right now?

I'm really concerned about my friend's oxygen saturation levels. They've been all over the placesometimes it starts at 76 and then jumps up to 93 or 94 after a few minutes. He doesn't have any symptoms and seems fine otherwise, but his family is worried because their levels are all at 99 spO2. Is it normal for oxygen levels to fluctuate like this in someone who's not showing any symptoms? Should we consider getting him a COVID test or something just to be sure?
it is normal for a person , don't worry. no need of any tests
