I'm dealing with an alcohol addiction and my liver function is acting up. I'm currently taking Udiliv 150, but sometimes I still end up drinking at night because of the cravings. I'm really concerned if taking Udiliv is safe when I'm also consuming alcohol. What should I do?

I'm feeling a bit anxious about my upcoming hair transplant surgery because of my recent blood test results. They found my Bilirubin level was 2, and then my SGOT and SGPT were 102.70 and 136.2, which led to the doctor refusing to proceed with the surgery. They mentioned I need a certificate from an MD in medicine, but I'm confused about if these levels are really that worrying. SGOT and SGPT are double normal level, it willl be difficult to give physician consent for surgery.

I'm worried because my SGPT levels are high and I've been taking medication like Cirrosam 400, Obeticholic acid, Ursocol 300, and Evion for the past two months. The only one that seems to help is the Obeticholic acid. Interestingly, my lipid profile is normal and I've tested negative for Hepatitis B and C. My blood sugar levels are also within the normal range. On top of this, I've been dealing with hyperuricemia. Can you tell me how long it might take for my SGPT levels to get back to normal?
