I'm dealing with allergic rhinitis and sinusitis right now, causing me to have a cough, headache, and a runny nose. Should I go ahead and get the COVID vaccine while I'm feeling like this, or is it better to wait until these symptoms clear up? I'm worried that getting the vaccine might make my current situation worse. Can you provide some guidance?

View allI'm supposed to have an IgE Allergy Antibody blood test in a few days, and I'm wondering about my daily routine. Is it okay to keep taking my multivitamin, Riconia Silver, or should I pause it until the test is done? I'm kind of concerned about how it might affect the results. Any advice would be great!

I've been having a really tough time sleeping because my nostrils keep getting blocked, and I'm pretty sure it's because of my allergic rhinitis. I was on rupafin and medrol last March, but I haven't done any follow-up consultations since then. Could that be why my symptoms are persisting? What should I do next? Should I consider going back for another check-up or is there something else that might help in the meantime?
