I'm dealing with an anal fissure and I'm on ayurvedic treatment for it. I'm wondering if it's okay to add Nifecaine cream to my routine since my current ayurvedic regimen doesn't include any kind of ointment. What do you think? Is it safe to combine both treatments?

My husband had laser surgery for grade 1 piles and a fissure two months ago but still bleeds around 10-15 drops with brown discharge every time he passes stool. He doesn't have constipation and never bled before the surgery. His stool test shows pus cells, occult blood, and RBCs. Should we be concerned about this?
yes,it is a concern. Differential diagnosis is polps,piles,crohns disease,ulcerative colitis.Colonoscopy is advised at apollo hospital.

Had fissure surgery about 15 days back and still noticing some mucus discharge. Is this normal at this stage of recovery?
