  5. I'm dealing with this annoying pain in the upper thigh on my left side. It's not super intense, but it's always there and gets on my nerves. There's also some swelling at the top of my thigh compared to the other side, and the pain seems to start there and then moves down to the inner part of my thigh. Ive already done an MRI of my hip and pelvis, and even had my blood tests done everything came back normal except for a vitamin D3 and B12 deficiency. I've been taking vitamin B12 injections and 60k IU of vitamin D3 once a week, but its only been two weeks so far. Im just wondering how long it will take for my vitamin levels to get back to normal. Also, Ive tried physical therapy, but it hasn't really helped with the pain or swelling. Any advice on what I can do next?
