I'm dealing with this annoying pain in the upper thigh on my left side. It's not super intense, but it's always there and gets on my nerves. There's also some swelling at the top of my thigh compared to the other side, and the pain seems to start there and then moves down to the inner part of my thigh. Ive already done an MRI of my hip and pelvis, and even had my blood tests done everything came back normal except for a vitamin D3 and B12 deficiency. I've been taking vitamin B12 injections and 60k IU of vitamin D3 once a week, but its only been two weeks so far. Im just wondering how long it will take for my vitamin levels to get back to normal. Also, Ive tried physical therapy, but it hasn't really helped with the pain or swelling. Any advice on what I can do next?

View allI'm dealing with this consistent pain running from the back of my left shoulder to my hand, and it's been like this for a month now. I started with severe pain and had to take an injection from an orthopedic doctor. I also went through physiotherapy with heat and IFT for a week. I've been taking allopurinol 100 mg for the last 5 years to manage my gout. I'm wondering if it's safe to keep using it long-term because whenever I stop, I experience pain in my big toes. Is this something I should be concerned about?

I've been dealing with lower back pain and taking homeopathy medicine, but now I've got a new issue. About 45 minutes after I fall asleep, I get this intense pain that spreads through my entire back on both sides of my spinal cord, and it becomes impossible to find a comfortable angle to sleep. Then, in the morning, the pain in my spinal cord is really bad, but it eases up after 10 or 15 minutes, and I'm back to my usual lower back pain. What can I do to get some relief and finally get a good night's sleep?
