I'm dealing with asthma and recently started on Predement medication, but I'm not seeing any improvements at all. I'm considering getting an injection instead. Do you have any suggestions for what type of injection might be effective?

I'm really worried about my dad. He's been having fever, weakness, and a cough, and we're concerned because his CRP levels are pretty high at 48 mg, and his hemoglobin is really low, just 5.4 mg. The local doctor mentioned it's a chest infection and recommended antibiotics along with glucose. I'm not sure how serious this might be or if there might be other treatment options we should consider. Can you help us understand what might be going on and what steps we should take next?

My dad has been coughing for the past two months, and we've done all sorts of tests including one for TB, but everything came back negative. His CT scan showed he has a parenchymal cyst in the right lower lobe. I'm really worried and not sure what to do next. I've already suggested he uses a Rotacap twice a day, but is there something else we should be considering? What steps should we take moving forward?
