I'm dealing with asthma and recently started on Predement medication, but I'm not seeing any improvements at all. I'm considering getting an injection instead. Do you have any suggestions for what type of injection might be effective?

My friend was diagnosed with TB in his throat, not in his lungs and he's just got one more month left to finish his six-month treatment. What should he keep in mind after he's done with the medication cycle? Do we need to do any tests to make sure he's completely cleared of TB? He's moved to a new place and can't get in touch with his regular doctor.

I'm having this issue where a few hours after I fall asleep, I wake up with shortness of breath. It's really alarming because it happens out of nowhere, and I don't know what's causing it. After I drink some water, I feel better, but it's unsettling not to know why it's happening. There's no chest pain or anything like sweating, just this sudden breathlessness. Can you help me figure out what might be going on?

do one chest xray and check your hemoglobin levels.

So my dad had a normal eosinophil count back in July but then he got a fever and a dry cough. We used medicines and everything seemed normal afterward. But then a month later, he got a fever and cough again, and when we did a CBP test, it showed raised eosinophils. It's been a week now, and he doesn't have a cough or fever anymore, but the eosinophil count hasn't gone down. I'm wondering how we can bring these down. We used Delcar forte 250mg for 5 days. Do you think we should get another test done? Should I be worried about his eosinophil count not reducing? I compared the test report with the last one to see the difference. What would you suggest?

Patient is advised to continue same treatment.
