I'm dealing with bilateral grade 1 varicocele and I'm a bit worried about how masturbation might affect it. Is there any connection between masturbation and varicocele, like, could it make it worse? I'm just trying to figure out if it's safe for me to continue or if I should avoid it.

View allIs hydrocele surgery the only way to fix it or are there other treatments I can try first
While surgery (hydrocelectomy) is often the primary treatment for hydrocele, particularly in adults or for persistent hydroceles, it's not always the first step. In some cases, hydroceles may resolve on their own, especially in infants. Non-surgical options like aspiration and sclerotherapy, or simply monitoring the hydrocele, may be considered before surgery.

I'm experiencing an issue where I can get an erection but then lose it during sex. This has been bothering me because I can only manage once every three days or so. I often think about sex, but when it comes to actually performing, it's pretty weak. Can you suggest any remedies or advice on what might be going on?
