I'm experiencing an issue where I can get an erection but then lose it during sex. This has been bothering me because I can only manage once every three days or so. I often think about sex, but when it comes to actually performing, it's pretty weak. Can you suggest any remedies or advice on what might be going on?

View allI was recently diagnosed with bilateral minimal varicocele and the doctor said it's treatable without surgery. I'm unmarried and worried about how this might affect my fertility can you explain if this condition could impact my chances of having kids in the future?
No need of surgery. It would not affect ur Fertility. Wear scrotal support during day time, if u feel comfortable.

I've had a hydrocele in my left testis for the past 4 years and the size hasn't changed but for the last month there's been very mild pain. Doctors suggest surgery but I'd prefer not to go that route. Is there any effective homeopathy or ayurvedic treatment that can help with this condition
While homeopathy and Ayurveda offer alternative approaches, there's limited scientific evidence to support their efficacy in treating hydroceles definitively. Conventional medical treatment, such as surgery (hydrocelectomy), is the generally recommended approach when hydroceles cause significant pain, discomfort, or complications

How long does kidney stone surgery usually take and can it lead to kidney failure if left untreated? My doctor recommended surgery but I'm worried about the risks and recovery time
Kidney stone surgeries vary in duration and can potentially lead to kidney failure if left untreated. The surgery itself typically takes between 20 and 45 minutes, but recovery time can vary. Left untreated, kidney stones can cause chronic kidney disease and kidney failure
