I've got some small cracks and cuts on my foreskin near the tip. Most of the time it doesn't hurt, but when I pull the skin back fully, those cuts start stinging for a day or so before settling down. The cuts seem to stay but the pain comes and goes. Should I be using some cream or is this something that might need surgery?

View allI'm curious about something that's been worrying me. I've been masturbating daily for the last six months and I'm concerned about whether this could be harmful or have any side effects. How often is it okay to masturbate? I'm also a bit anxious because I haven't had any children yet. Could this habit affect my marriage or my chances of having children in the future? I would appreciate some guidance on this.

I'm dealing with this phimosis situation, and Im not sure what the best ways to address it are. Things feel pretty tight down there, and I'm a bit concerned about it.
Phimosis can be managed with various treatments; possible solutions include topical steroid creams or ointments to reduce inflammation and loosen the foreskin, manual stretching exercises under medical guidance, preputioplasty (a surgical procedure to widen the foreskin), or circumcision (a surgical procedure to remove the foreskin); consult a urologist or a dermatologist for personalized advice and treatment.
