I'm dealing with bilateral grade 1 varicocele and it's really uncomfortable. There's this burning sensation and it feels heavy down there. I've noticed my left testicle is hanging much lower than the right one. Is that normal, or should I be worried about something like testicular torsion? Any tips on how to prevent it from getting worse?

I've been experiencing pain and a burning sensation on the head of my penis, and I think it might be because of a short frenulum. Is there any homeopathic treatment that could help without needing surgery?
Surgery opinion is advised to the patient.

I'm keeping my foreskin pulled back all the time, so the head of my penis is always exposed. I'm curious if there's any harm in doing this or if it's better to keep it covered. I don't have any problems with my foreskin, but I want my penis to have that circumcised look. Could you let me know if there's any downside to this?
Keeping the foreskin retracted permanently is generally not harmful if you maintain proper hygiene to prevent dryness, irritation, or infections. However, the foreskin naturally protects the glans, so keeping it covered when not needed is advisable. If you prefer a circumcised appearance, you may consult a doctor to discuss safe options.
