I'm dealing with bilateral grade 1 varicocele and it's really uncomfortable. There's this burning sensation and it feels heavy down there. I've noticed my left testicle is hanging much lower than the right one. Is that normal, or should I be worried about something like testicular torsion? Any tips on how to prevent it from getting worse?

I have a 2 mm renal calculus and I'm not sure what that exactly means. Is it the same as a kidney stone and does it need surgery to remove? Can medicines help treat it instead? What precautions should I take to manage this condition?

Yes, 2 mm calculus is a kidney stone; usually passes with fluids and meds—surgery is rarely needed.

I'm really worried because after ejaculation, I feel incredibly weak. It's like all my energy is drained, and sometimes my left hand or foot gets really shaky or weak. I often get headaches and everything seems blurry. I've noticed this issue even though I don't have sex, and the idea of having sex makes me feel like it would be way worse. I'm genuinely scared about this, especially since I'm not married yet and it makes me scared of relationships. I've stopped masturbating because I'm terrified, and it's starting to affect my work too. There's this constant feeling that I'm losing my core strength or life force with each ejaculation, and it feels like I'm heading towards a collapse or even death. I've been to doctors and had MRI, brain tests, and all basic checks done, and they say everything's normal, but I still feel really weak. Do you have any idea what's going on or any advice on what I could do?

the very basic your need to understand that masturbation is only food for pleasure and stress relief. Apart from that there is no advantage of that. And yea there are side effects of that if you practice it daily like the way you ate feeling now. Just to assure you everyone would feel the same after the process. It should not be practiced not.more than 5 Times a week. This whole thing is letting you down because you're letting it take on you. This is just a part of life which you're thinking it as threat to life nope it isn't that way. And the investigations would be definitely normal because there is nothing to find except the only thought you have in your mind. Take it off and go in with system you'll definitely get relief.

I've been diagnosed with multiple mild hydroureteronephrosis caused by a 7.1 mm stone in my upper ureter. There are also two stones in my right kidney (4.9 mm and 6.9 mm) and multiple stones in my left kidney with the largest being 4.7 mm and 2.2 mm. What should my next steps be? Can this be treated with just medications or will I need surgery?

Given the combination of stones and mild hydronephrosis, a multi-pronged approach is likely needed. The 7.1 mm stone in the ureter is likely to require medical or surgical intervention, while the smaller kidney stones might be managed medically, followed by a more targeted approach if necessary.
