I'm dealing with a bit of a dry cough for a while now, and it feels like it's from some throat irritation. It's been going on for about 50 days, and I'm also having slight trouble with my breathing. I went to see an ENT specialist, and he mentioned it's just acidity, but I haven't had any stomach burning at all. It feels more like something's really bothering my throat, and that's why the dry cough is there. What could be going on here? Can you help figure this out?

View allI'm feeling a bit concerned because all my test results are fine, except for my X-ray, which shows something off. The bottom three ribs on one side aren't visible, and there's a thin layer around my lung. I'm wondering, can this layer be treated or removed with medication? I also feel some discomfort when I take a deep breath. Any advice on what might be going on?
what kind of layer is it, water or air . consult a pulmonologist

Is there a usual speed at which honeycombing progresses? I've got a little bit of it at the moment and I'm on pirfenidone. I'm curious about how fast it typically gets worse and if going for a lung transplant is a safe option.

I'm having this really bad pain on the right side of my chest whenever I breathe in or try to lie down. Its super painful every time I move, but weirdly, it goes away once I stop moving. Do you think this is something I should be worried about? What could be causing this kind of pain?
Ecg and x-ray chest pa view is advised to the patient.
