I'm dealing with a blocked right ear due to wax buildup and I'm not sure what to do. I've got these small packets of Sodium Chloride Injection 0.9 with me, but I'm unsure if they're safe to use as ear drops for this. The label says it's a sterile isotonic solution of sodium chloride in water for injections, with a pH of 4.5 to 7.0 and no preservatives. Is it okay to use this on my ear, or should I look for something else?

I've been using Cipla ear drops to clear out ear wax because I noticed I can't hear so well from my right ear. I'm wondering if it's alright to continue using them, or should I really see a doctor about this?

My ear has a perforated eardrum and sometimes it hurts and leaks fluid do I really need surgery for this or can it heal on its own? I'm worried about the pain and whether it could get worse.
A perforated eardrum usually gets better on its own within 2 months and your hearing returns to normal. A GP may prescribe antibiotics if you have an ear infection, or to stop you getting an ear infection while your eardrum heals.
