I've been using Cipla ear drops to clear out ear wax because I noticed I can't hear so well from my right ear. I'm wondering if it's alright to continue using them, or should I really see a doctor about this?

Hey, I was cleaning my ears with an earbud after a bath and the cotton got stuck inside. It's pretty deep and I can't get it out. What should I do about this?
Visit your ENT doctor immediately to remove it,don't make any attempts by yourself to remove it.

I'm worried about my 10-year-old son because he has some wax built up in his ears. I've heard about using Clearwax ear drops, but I'm not sure how to go about it. Can you give me some advice on how to use them properly to clean his ears? Are there any side effects I should be worried about?
Instill two drops in each ear three times in a day,the wax would come out on its own,do not attempt to remove it.
