I'm dealing with a recurring ulcer that always seems to pop up in the same spot, and it's getting pretty big. At the same time, the lymph node on that side swells up too, and this has happened more than a couple of times over the past six months. I'm really worried it might be mouth cancer. How can I find out what's going on? What do you think?

it could be GERD - Don't skip meals, you may not feel like eating but in such conditions you should have the reduced amount in frequent intervals(i.e. 3 square meals broken down to 5 or 6 as you can tolerate) and slowly increase as you get better.
- Reduce Avoid spicy,fried, fatty, junk and oily food
- Avoid Limit drinking coffee, tea and carbonated drinks to once a day
- Exercise regularly
- Increase daily intake of water to 3 liters
- AvoidStop smoking and drinking if you have the habit
- Reduce stress through methods such as yogameditation.
- Avoid painkillers as it will increase your gastric problems at this moment.

I've had this headache and really sore throat for the past day, and now I'm feeling a bit nauseous too. I checked my throat out and my tonsils look normal, but I noticed I've got these three lumps in a triangle shape behind my uvula. Any idea what this could be? I'm thinking it might be the start of a cold, but I'm not sure how that's connected to the lumps.

I'm really concerned because I've had this sore throat for about two months now. It's red at the back and hurts a bit when I swallow. I've seen a couple of doctors alreadyfirst, I had a throat culture which was negative, then the ENT specialist prescribed calithromycin or cliff tablets, plus a gastric tablet and painkiller, but that didnt help at all. At RML hospital, they suggested amoxicillin for 6 days and sefixime for 5 days, still no relief. I read somewhere that it might be post-nasal drip and was advised to try an anti-allergy tablet and a steroid nasal spray. Can you suggest any specific nasal sprays or antiallergy tablets that might help?

Take anti-allergic tab and steroid nasal spray for 3weeks...it seems it's due to post nasal drip...

I've had Saunf stuck in my throat since this morning and it's constantly irritating me. I've already tried some home remedies like eating banana with honey and gargling with hot water, but it hasn't worked. What else can I do to get rid of it?
