I've had Saunf stuck in my throat since this morning and it's constantly irritating me. I've already tried some home remedies like eating banana with honey and gargling with hot water, but it hasn't worked. What else can I do to get rid of it?

My 3-year-old has frequent swelling and infections in the neck area from adenoid issues, along with constant high fever and runny nose. The doctor recommended surgery to remove the adenoids, but we're hesitant because of his age. Are there other options we can try first?

Instead of immediate removal, your doctor might recommend a course of antibiotics to address any bacterial infections, along with nasal sprays to reduce swelling. If the adenoids are not causing significant breathing difficulties or infections, they can be monitored to see if they shrink naturally as the child grows older

I heard about a new treatment that can fix an eardrum hole without surgery or skin grafts. Is this available in India? How effective is it and where can I find doctors who offer this?

Yes, the treatment you're inquiring about, typically referred to as "laser myringoplasty" or "laser myringotomy," is available in India. It's a minimally invasive procedure that uses a laser to repair minor eardrum perforations or meniscal tears without requiring skin grafts or traditional surgery.
