I'm having some pain above my jaw and I'm worried it might be because of an ear infection. How many Cipla ear drops should I use to help with wax removal?

View allI've had chronic nose blockages every winter since childhood, making it hard to breathe normally like others. Pills and nasal sprays give temporary relief but don't solve the problem long-term. Some doctors say it's allergies while others think it's a structural issue needing surgery. What's the best permanent fix for this?
Septoplasty is advised to the patient.

I have this lump on my neck that I've noticed for about a month now. I've already done FNAC twice. The first result said it was lymphadenitis and the second one mentioned something about a reactive lymphoid. I'm really concerned about whether I might need surgery for this. Could you please advise?
Surgery is usually not required unless there are complications or the swelling does not improve with conservative treatment. I would recommend taking a course of antibiotics such as Amoxicillin. Additionally, you can take over-the-counter pain relievers like Acetaminophen (500mg, as needed) to help with any discomfort. Make sure to follow up with your doctor for further evaluation and management.
