I've been dealing with non-stop sneezing, a runny nose, and a blocked nose for over 20 days now. I've only gotten temporary relief from using Otrivin and Naselin. Do you have any suggestions on what I could do? I'm starting to get worried since it's been going on for quite a while.

I've had a chest X-ray and an endoscopy of my throat, and everything seemed okay. The doctor performed a nose endoscopy and cauterized it, and it didn't bleed for four days. But now, I'm seeing a few drops of fresh blood in my spit only in the mornings. The doctor mentioned this could be due to dryness in my nose and might take around 30 days to heal. What do you think about this? Is there anything else I should be doing, or any other reasons this might be happening?
Yes it takes time to heal follow your doctor advice.

I've had chronic sinusitis and had DNS surgery twice, but I still feel heavy movement in my forehead and eyebrows, especially on the left side. Right now I'm taking levocetrizine hydrochloride 5mg and ambroxol hcl 60mg tablets, which have helped a bit with the dullness. Can I increase the dose to twice a day? I'm worried about side effects because last time I tried that, I had sinus congestion and discharge
It's generally not recommended to increase the dosage of levocetrizine or ambroxol without consulting a doctor, especially since you've experienced side effects with higher doses in the past. Increased doses of these medications could exacerbate those side effects or have other unforeseen consequences. allergy medicines might lessen allergy symptoms of sinusitis caused by allergies
