I've been dealing with non-stop sneezing, a runny nose, and a blocked nose for over 20 days now. I've only gotten temporary relief from using Otrivin and Naselin. Do you have any suggestions on what I could do? I'm starting to get worried since it's been going on for quite a while.

I've been struggling to hear soft or low-volume voices lately and it's really frustrating. Are there any remedies for this besides hearing aids? Also, is there a non-surgical solution that could help improve my hearing?

If you're struggling with low-volume hearing, there might be treatments like hearing aids or cochlear implants, but it’s best to consult an ENT specialist. Non-surgical options might include therapies or devices to amplify sound.

I'm really struggling because I've got a nasal polyp that just won't quit and it's especially bad at night. I usually use Otrivin nasal spray which helps a lot, but I'm out of it right now. The polyp is making it so I cant breathe well and Im having trouble sleeping. What can I do to open up my nasal passage right away?

If drug treatment doesn't shrink or eliminate nasal polyps, you may need endoscopic surgery to remove polyps and to correct problems with your sinuses that make them prone to inflammation and polyp development... Your surgeon may also enlarge the openings leading from your sinuses to your nasal passages. Endoscopic surgery is usually performed as an outpatient procedure.
