I've been dealing with non-stop sneezing, a runny nose, and a blocked nose for over 20 days now. I've only gotten temporary relief from using Otrivin and Naselin. Do you have any suggestions on what I could do? I'm starting to get worried since it's been going on for quite a while.

I'm really concerned about this polypoidal mucosal thickening in my left maxillary sinus that showed up on my MRI scan. I've already tried antibiotics and antihistamines for a month, but they didn't help. I'm worried and wondering what other treatments or options might be available. Could you advise on what else I can do to address this issue?
If it is causing severe pain or symptoms like cold and headache, have to undergo FESS for its resection.

I've been told I need surgery for a deviated septum and possibly nasal polyps, and the hospital quoted around 43,000 rupees. Could there be any serious complications during the procedure that might end up costing a lot more than the estimated amount? I'm a bit worried about unexpected expenses if something goes wrong
Yes, while the quoted price of 43,000 rupees for septoplasty (deviated septum surgery) and possible polyp removal is a good starting point, unexpected complications could lead to higher costs. These might include complications related to bleeding, infection, or the need for additional procedures to address complications like septal perforation
