I found a lump on my throat right above my Adam's apple and below my chin. Should I be worried about this?

Consider a second opinion from another ENT specialist or a maxillofacial surgeon. Discuss: 1. Repeat imaging tests (MRIultrasound) to monitor gland size. 2. Salivary gland function tests (e.g., salivary flow rate). 3. Biopsy or fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) to rule out underlying conditions. Explore treatment options, such as: 1. Medications to reduce gland size. 2. Surgical interventions (e.g., parotidectomy). 3. Lifestyle modifications (e.g., dietary changes, stress management).

I'm a bit concerned about my recovery after having septoplasty and inferior turbinate reduction surgery two weeks ago. My nose has been really dry and painful when I inhale, and it even vibrates when I breathe heavily. Is this something that will get better soon, or should I be worried?

I've been dealing with sinus issues for almost 25 years, and it seems to get worse whenever the climate changes. I've been using Nosikind drops for my nose, which helps a bit but not completely. It usually starts with a scratchy throat, and by the next day, I have a runny nose, body aches, and sometimes a fever. I've tried so many medications but they only seem to work for a short time before my symptoms come back. What else can I do to manage these symptoms better?
If there are frequent episodes better gei it operated and celared, visit ENT doctor for appropriate managemnet
