I'm really concerned because my doctor prescribed Vitaresp FX 180 and OtocinO drops for my ear infection. He mentioned something about a minor allergy and fungal infection in both ears. I'm curious if Vitaresp FX 180 is actually meant for ear infections because I couldn't find any information about it online. Could you help me understand if this is the right medication?

I've had these Circumvallate papillae for about 5 years, and just last Thursday, after dinner, I noticed some new bumps forming behind them. I'm not someone who smokes or drinks. I even attached a couple of images for you to seethe first highlights these bumps in red, located right behind the junction of the Circumvallate papillae, and the second should help pinpoint exactly where they are.
