I'm dealing with this boil near my anus, and I think it might be from a hair breaking. It's really painful and makes it hard for me to walk, sit, or even use the bathroom comfortably. Can you suggest any remedies to get rid of it for good? I'm hoping for something that can help permanently.

What are the best ways to treat piles at home and when should I consider surgery for it
Piles, or hemorrhoids, may require surgery (hemorrhoidectomy) if less invasive treatments fail or if severe symptoms are present, such as prolapsed hemorrhoids, persistent bleeding, or significant pain. Surgery is generally recommended for severe cases or when other treatments have not been successful.

I'm dealing with piles, but they haven't been painful at all. My doctor has mentioned surgery as an option, but I'm wondering if I should try medication first. What do you think? Should I consider other treatments before jumping into surgery?
