I'm dealing with a boil near my buttock, kind of close to the anus, and it's been there for the past two days. It's not too big yet but is a bit painful, especially when I sit down. There's just this one boil, but I'm really worried it might grow larger and become more painful. I started taking Augmentin 625 mg once a day at night and so far, I've only taken one tablet last night. Should I keep taking the antibiotics? Is it even necessary? Some of my friends mentioned it might be due to body heatcould that be true? This is the first time I've experienced something like this, and I could really use some advice.

I'm 37 weeks and 2 days pregnant and earlier today I used a small cap full of undiluted Dettol antiseptic liquid on my hands. I washed them about 5 times with body soap and water to try to get rid of the smell. I'm really worried if there's any harm to my baby from using undiluted Dettol, even after washing so many times. Could there still be leftover chemicals on my hands that I might ingest, which could then reach my baby?
Using undiluted Dettol antiseptic liquid on your hands during pregnancy can be harmful as it contains strong chemicals that may be absorbed through the skin. Even after washing your hands multiple times with soap and water, there may still be residual chemicals left on your skin. To be on the safe side, it is important to avoid using undiluted Dettol during pregnancy. If you have any concerns about potential exposure to harmful chemicals, you can consult with your healthcare provider for further advice.

I've been noticing some white scaling on the forehead of my penis that keeps coming back, even though I wash it regularly with soap. It's also looking redder than usual, but there's not much itching. I'm having a hard time finding doctors who recognize these symptoms. Could you help me understand what's going on?
A Candida infection, also known as genital thrush, is a common yeast infection that can affect both males and females. In men, thrush affects the head of the penis and the foreskin.A healthcare provider may use a scalpel or tongue depressor to gently scrape some of the skin from the infected area. The sample is then examined under a microscope by a pathologist to identify the fungus.
